1. PRICING POLICY

All prices are shown in EUR. All prices include Dutch VAT of 21% on orders within the EU. Customers outside the EU get a 21% tax discount when ordering on our website, this discount will be automatically applied based on your selected country at the checkout. Prices do not include delivery charges.

Customs charges, tax etc.
We’re not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. You are responsible for any customs charges that may apply to your package. Customs determinate these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may or will be.

The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. During busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier. We cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Tracking information sent in the shipment notification email may take up to 24-48 hours to update with its current location. If your shipment information hasn’t been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number please feel free to contact us at hello@nanettelindeman.com.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE

We gladly accept returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offer you a 14 day term of return from the date of your receipt. It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us. That is why it is free of charge when you exchange items for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item please follow the guideline explained in our terms & conditions..

How to return items

I. Please fill out the return form and enclose it together with the shipment. You can reuse the bag the products were sent in for the return.

II. All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as they were upon receiving, with tags attached.

IV. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.

V. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, you will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund to the credit/debit card on which the goods were purchased.

VI. Returns are at your own expense

Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost return items during shipping.
For your own security we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.

6. ITEM AVAILABILITY

Although we aim that our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all available products at our webshop are in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

7. PRE-ORDERS

When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount when we proceed your order.
Your order will be dispatched as soon we receive the item from our supplier.
We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.

8. GUARANTEE

If for some reason your product is broken or does not meet the quality you would expect please send us an e-mail at hello@nanettelindeman.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

Depending on the purchase date, cause and seriousness of the defect we will determine if you get a new product or full refund. We will process your claim as soon as possible. We always reply within 48 hours and keep you updated during the process. If your claim is accepted we will send you a replacement/refund on the same day. We will refund your return costs if defect or broken product(s) need to be returned to us.

9. PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES

It is important for us to ensure that your personal information is protected when using our services. Therefore, your privacy is processed and stored in connection with use of the website with utmost care. Our policy will be updated continuously so please stay updated with our privacy policy when using our website.

Please note that errors can occur regarding information on the site. This includes errors on price-information so forth these are caused by direct and indirect technical and/or IT-related faults.
