Nanette Lindeman sends orders in NL with POSTNL.
EUROPE and WORLDWIDE shipping will be done depending on shipping rates between  DHL and  POSTNL. When choosen with POSTNL, POSTNL will then hand over the package to the current postal service of the country at customs. From there on your track and trace will be of your local postal service.

We’re not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. You are responsible for any customs charges that may apply to your package. Customs determine these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may or will be.

Customers outside EU get a 21% Tax discount when ordering on our website, this discount will be automatically applied based on your selected country at the checkout.

RETURNS

As Nanette Lindeman has decided to close her label and make all items available at a large discount, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or any other compensation for items sold during this sale.

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Size exchanges are possible while stock lasts. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally there will be extra costst charged for sending the replacement size (€4.95 within the Netherlands; minimum €15.00 for Europe).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
